Terms and Conditions

• No returns, exchange (same dress) can be applicable only if the damage has shown in the unpacking video for any kind of issues.
• Strictly no cancellation after payment is done
• Return and Exchange Not Accepted on like and Dislike by customer and Small issue like thread come out, Removable stain or spot, Missing stitching not considered as damage.
• Slightly colour variation or light-dark colour issues due to digital photography or mobile-computer monitor settings.
• If customer received any damages then they need to courier back the dress (shipping charges will be paid by us)
• If door delivery not possible, customer have to go and collect the package from courier service.

Note: If package shows delivered but customer haven't received the package means then customer need to visit the nearest branch.
